The base is a single-origin selection from Huila, Colombia, featuring Castillo and Caturra varieties decaffeinated using the natural sugarcane Ethyl Acetate (EA) process. This method preserves the structural integrity and sweetness of the bean, resulting in a cup that is balanced and creamy. The flavor profile is defined by comforting notes of graham cracker and toffee, with a smooth chocolate finish and hints of vanilla.
